Lucia is the warm and welcoming face of the FNCC. Her friendly smile and professionalism ensure every visitor feels at home from the moment they arrive.

Fabienne takes care of all the cultural activities at the FNCC as well as everything you read and see on the socials.
She loves promoting Namibian artists and keeps a cool head under pressure.

Her enthusiasm is contagious.

Our bubbly Isabelle supports the language department head in coordinating classes and exams. She also oversees the FLAM (Français Langue Maternelle) program, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Martin arrived in September 2024 at FNCC after previously heading the French ENIC NARIC Center at France Éducation International. During his career he already served as director of Alliance Française in Roseau/ Dominica, San Juan/ Puerto Rico, The Hague/ Netherlands and Busan/ South-Korea on behalf of the French Ministry of Foreign affairs.

Ly-Ann knows the inner workings of the FNCC better than anyone.
She has been part of the team since 2003.

She is dedicated and has a great eye for detail.

Lucie is in charge of the language department as well as translation services and is avidly promoting the French language in Namibia.

She is the driving force of the department.

Allen has been part of the FNCC team since 2010, handling all technical aspects of daily operations. Passionate about sound, he ensures every event runs smoothly.

Ponti makes sure that the FNCC dazzles all visitors. He is a keen gardener and loves keeping the building spotless.

He is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
