The police inspector Alex is disfigured by a mysterious man that he was pursuing. Immobilized in the hospital, he had to stop his investigation but an unexpected encounter gave him a clue: Leo, an 11 year old boy, with the supernatural ability to get out of his body through extraordinary powers.

Phantom Boy helps Alex to continue with his investigation.
