Struggling mother of a two-year-old daughter, Lenny has a certain anger within herself, which she channels into song lyrics.  

Living in a city on the outskirts of Marseille, she tries to find her place in the world of rap.  

When she meets Max, a girl also from the wrong side of the tracks, the two strike up an unexpectedly intense friendship.
