The meeting allowed to discuss the working conditions of teachers, pedagogical needs such as training, and initiatives to enhance French language teaching in Namibia. 50% of the Namibian French teachers could attend the gathering, then share a moment of mingling on FNCC’s terrace before attending the VIP opening night of the 7th Katutura Fashion Week hosted this weekend by the FNCC and featuring the French fashion designer Bertrand Larochelle from La Réunion 🇷🇪 island.

Cette réunion a permis d'échanger sur les conditions de travail des enseignants, leurs besoins pédagogiques (notamment en matière de formation) et les initiatives visant à promouvoir et à améliorer l'enseignement du français en Namibie. La moitié des professeurs de français du pays ont pu y participer, puis profiter d'un moment convivial sur la terrasse du FNCC avant d’assister à la soirée d'ouverture VIP de la 7e édition de la Katutura Fashion Week, organisée ce week-end par le FNCC et mettant à l'honneur le créateur de mode français Bertrand Larochelle de l'île de La Réunion.
