An over-protective clown fish named Marlin lives on the Great Barrier Reef. After he ventures into the open sea despite his father's constant warnings about many of the ocean's dangers, his son Nemo is abducted by a boat and taken to Sydney. Marlin then sets on a journey to bring his son home.
