A unique format is proposed this year with an all week of events and a first day at the Osiree refugee Camp. Events, activities and ceremonies will occurred thereafter the Independence days off during the week: Francophone cinema screenings for children and adults, encounter with the French writer Christine Rosana around her book Mama Africa, display od French-speaking artists productions, shows and fashion show with special collection by the Ivorian designer SORO, concert with Francophone and local artists like Slickartie, football tournament, children bazaar and last but not least, a closing evening with a food market and a big concert with anticipated artists.

For the first time, the French group Dark Blue Orchestra will give a stage appearance in Namibia alongside already well known artists like Shungu, Dollar and Four by Four. Obviously, Francophone, Francophile or all public interested and curious are welcome!
